I am reminding myself of this today as London’s Van Girls are packing my belongings.

What have I been up to? What a question for someone who is moving house…

My morning musing has turned into a real and present question for myself and everyone.

Is there any doubt that this baby can see its mother’s face? I was privileged to be part of the support team at the birth of this baby girl in 1982. Her birth was one of the pioneer water births in the United States.

What I learned 40 years ago transformed my life, forever. 
Take a deep breath

As I write I am aware of birthing energy all around me, the births of babies to people whom I know, and new events, relationships, and exciting projects. Newness is emerging.

I asked; “how are you feeling in your body?” 

the reply was, “I have a pain in my lower back. I want to throw up. There seems to be a slight shaking everywhere; and my throat feels closed.”

In my blog this month I am simply sharing what I am thinking about. Just having fun.
I am always interested in the sound and meaning of words and realising that the word information is so multi dimensional. 

i am moved to tears as i acknowledge a deepening of my long-time commitment to the empowerment of women, beginning before birth.

The consistent choice for love honours our shared humanity, our authentic connection to one another, to all that is.
