MY MORNING MUSING

MY MORNING MUSING HAS TURNED INTO A REAL AND PRESENT QUESTION FOR MYSELF AND EVERYONE.

THAT QUESTION:

Do you set an intention for your attitude and actions AFTER an event? For instance, have you thought about how you will approach the new week AFTER the weekend that you looked forward to? Do you have an intention for your attitude and actions after the Wimbledon final or the wedding you are attending next weekend, or the request you are about to make?

LIFE IS FULL OF EVENTS LARGE AND SMALL.
We often do not consider the AFTER. Our births were the first major event in this life. If it was met with fear and in fear, wouldn’t that phobic stir be with us as we approach a time that we are looking forward to?

If our experience AFTER birth was pain, intrusion and separation from Mother/the Source, wouldn’t we be reluctant to look past special events like the birth of a child, a change of job, or moving house?

Although we cannot always predict the sensations in our bodies or the weather on Monday morning, we can choose what we want to think about ourselves, our lives, our families, our careers.

OUR CHOICE OF WHAT TO THINK ABOUT ALL OF IT IS THE FOUNDATION FOR OUR ATTITUDES AND RESPONSES.
Do you intend to remember that you are surrounded by love and support in this week?
Will you ask for and receive support if you forget?
I am inviting you to engage with me and one another regarding AFTER. I think it is an area that needs exploring with the ‘lights on’.

BLESSINGS
