SOURCE Process & Breathwork Practitioner Training

The SOURCE Process & Breathwork Practitioner Training begins with a 5-day retreat in Estonia. You can do this training entirely in Estonia, or part in Estonia and part in the UK.

I invite everyone who has thought that they wanted to be a confident breathwork practitioner, grounded in tried and tested therapeutic process and breathwork with resource to support themselves and others.

Since we were all driven inside and online by forces with many names, I have longed to be in the Group room together, face to face. 2022 afforded me a few opportunities, and it made my heart sing to be with people who really wanted to dive deep into the roots of their lives, bring light to the dark places, and promote sustainable change in their lives. SOURCE Process & Breathwork is a system that has evolved over 35 years. There are practitioners in Europe who have been using what they learned in the training for more than 30 years.

Training therapeutic breathwork practitioners who are working from an integrated experience of what they are practicing with others is part of my purpose here. The schedule is printed below and everyone is welcome when I do the 5-day retreats, and if there is space enough.

His background with Binnie's work and the Source Process work has a long pedigree. They co-led a 2 year event in London 2019-2021.

Practitioner Training

Our intention for this SOURCE Process & Breathwork Training is to create a life-enhancing foundation of clarity and understanding of one’s Self on an emotional, practical, and spiritual level. Essential to this foundation is the integration of the philosophy of SOURCE Process & Breathwork, as well as learning and practicing the psychological, experiential, and breath process work of SOURCE Process & Breathwork Practitioners.

As we expand our understanding of the philosophy and practice of SOURCE Process & Breathwork, as applied to all aspects of life, we will inquire and gain insight into basic therapeutic principles, ethics and morality in practice, forms of practice and training others, always supporting professionalism in the field of SOURCE Process & Breathwork and in the wider field of Breathwork.

Our source experience with or in a body begins from the moment of conception. If we want to go somewhere in physical reality, we begin the journey from where we are. If you truly want to proceed in a deep understanding of Life and Love, it is important to begin with, and include, your body and your feelings. If your intention is to become more mindful and spiritually aware, your source experience will stand in the way until acknowledged and healed. The body is ground zero, the source place. Source in some languages means a spring. Source is that place from which there is flow and growth. The breath activates and nourishes that flow and growth.

SOURCE Process & Breathwork is a philosophy and a psycho-spiritual system of practice that includes the breath as a tool to release physiological and psychological stress and thought patterns. It is possible to eliminate primal trauma and transform the subconscious impression of birth into a gentle, awakening event.

SOURCE Process & Breathwork deals directly with the life limiting preverbal decisions that we made based on our earliest experiences of the primal time: developing in the womb, taking in our first breath, the precious moments just after birth, and our first two years.

The core purpose of SOURCE Process & Breathwork is to free the breath from physical constrictions caused by pain and fear and to support the integration of the SOURCE Archetypal Affirmations.

The SOURCE Archetypal Affirmations are fundamental thought forms that evoke specific life-limiting thoughts/beliefs so that they can be released from the consciousness.

Conscious, connected breathing and the use of affirmations are time-tested tools for effecting change in awareness and behaviour. SOURCE Process & Breathwork unites these two effective forces with attentive, experienced guidance. This powerful triad (breath, high thoughts, and guidance) produces sustainable psychological and physiological results.

The purpose of SOURCE Process & Breathwork Training is to create a community where, working together, each individual is able to heal the most fundamental of thoughts about life. The thoughts ‘it is not safe here’ and ‘there is no one here to support me’ are so much a part of human thinking, behaviour, and experience that we take them for granted. Sustainable change is possible.
